1. What if I forget my pass?
Visit the Adventure Centre and you will be issued a lift ticket for the day, for a $10 Media Fee. If you forget a second or more times, you need to buy a lIft ticket at the regular price.

2. Can I have my pass mailed to me?
If you reload your RFID card with a Season Pass, you can go directly to the chairlift for your first day of skiing. If you do not yet have an RFID card you can pick it up by scanning your QR code voucher at the Pick Up Box outside the Adventure Centre.

3. How do I get my pass?
Pick up your pass at the Adventure Centre when the season opens in December, or scan your QR code at the outdoor Pick-Up Box.

4. What does RFID mean?
Our lift tickets have been upgraded to RFID technology, which allows you to reuse the same pass year after year and media fee. This aligns with our green goals and loading them online lets you skip the ticket line.

5. When is the Adventure Centre pass office open?
The Adventure Centre is open daily during the ski season, from 9am-4pm. You may purchase your pass anytime online. For questions, please contact info@calabogie.com or 613-752-2720 ext 1710.

6. How is the correct age category determined for my pass?
By the age of the guest at December 31st.

7. When skiing, how should my pass be worn?
RFID Passes are to be worn in your left side pocket, away from phones, keys, wallets and any other RFID cards. You do not need to display your card. Simply ski up to the RFID gates at the chairlift and it will be scanned through your clothing. Hole punches or rings put through RFID cards will damage them and are subject to a $10 replacement fee.

8. What’s your cancellation policy?
Season passes may not be cancelled and are not refundable or transferable.  We encourage you to buy season pass insurance to protect your investment.  Season Pass Insurance may only be purchased at the time you purchase your pass.

9. What if I damage my pass?
Cracked, broken or damaged passes may be replaced for a $10 media fee– the damaged pass must be surrendered.

10. What if I lose my pass?
If you have lost your pass, contact us immediately at programs@calabogie.com, call 1-800-669-4861 x 1710 or visit the Adventure Centre in person. The next time you visit we will cancel your old pass and issue you a new RFID card for a $10 Media Fee.

11. I heard of a pass holder who loaned his pass to a friend and got caught. What happens?
Passes are not transferrable. This would be considered “theft of services.” The person who loaned the pass will lose all pass privileges. The person using the pass will pay an administrative fee & the cost of a lift ticket that day.

12. What are the blackout dates for the weekday Pass?

Weekends and Holidays

Christmas & New Year’s Week

Family Day

Ontario March Break

Almost Anytime pass holders can purchase lift tickets on blackout days at a 10% discount.

13. What are the deadlines for purchasing a pass?
There is no deadline. Buy before the winter to get the best prices.

14. What is the expected opening and closing date?

We open the mountain as early as we can and we stay open as long as conditions are favourable. Generally, we are open from the beginning of December to early or mid April.
